FAQ

1. What are the prices on your games and inflatables?

Since there are a variety of factors, which influence the estimated cost of our services we choose not to list our prices online.  Instead, we prefer to talk with you 1-on-1, in order to provide a personalized price quote for your event.  Call us @ (816) 529-2345 or submit an inquiry online to receive a quote.

2. Are there any hidden fees?

At Inflatabilities, we value straightforward honesty with any potential client.  When we quote you a price, that's the price.  No gimmicks. No games.  No hidden fees.

All price quotes include the price of a standard rental, sales tax, delivery charge, and any miscellaneous surcharges.

3. What is Inflatabilities policy in the event of inclement weather?

Safety is one of our chief concerns and of the utmost priority.  Since we value your safety above making a few extra bucks, we have a firm weather policy.
-Inflatable units cannot be operated when wind and/or wind gust 20+ MPH occur.
-Inflatable units cannot be operated in persistent precipitation and/or storms.
If the weather is looking poor prior to your rental period, an Inflatabilities team member will be in contact with you to discuss details further, in order to ensure that you are fully informed.  The policy is two-fold and described below:
1) At the time of set-up, if inclement weather is present, we cannot and will not set-up.  In this scenario, there is no charge.  Any prior payments will be refunded in full.
2) At the time of set-up, if inclement weather is not present, but may be present later during the rental period, you have a choice.  A) We can set-up and charge you the full rental amount or B) You can cancel the rental. Note: If inclement weather begins to occur, you are obligated to cease operation of the inflatable. No refunds will occur.
